When we ask our people what they enjoy most about working at CCgroup, three recurrent themes emerge: our clients, our people, our working environment.
Our culture fosters inclusion and welcomes diversity in all its many forms – a very big focus for us as we embark on our journey to become a Blueprint-certified agency.
Our clients rely on us to give them sound counsel, to challenge them and to generate creative campaigns and programmes for their organisations. We deeply understand our clients’ industries and constantly develop our expertise in their sectors. This makes us stand apart and means that we can work with clients as equals. We love working with ambitious and driven clients. Our people are driven, open and positive. They are curious about the technology world and relish the challenge of learning about our different specialisms.
Everyone works across the different streams until they decide on a specialism at Account Director level. We support each other and work collaboratively to get the best out of our people and generate great work for our clients. People do their best work when they enjoy what they do. We do our best to create an atmosphere in which people can thrive, providing flexibility and opportunities for development.
We are genuine, down to earth, open and honest. We want people to bring their whole selves to work and to share their passions with the team. We are a sociable bunch and enjoy a variety of social and volunteering events, both organised and spontaneous. If you join us you will be joining a business that cares about your career. You will be given the tools to develop and learn and will be supported to succeed. We provide training, personal development plans and continuous professional development opportunities.
