Paul Nolan

Head of Telecoms, CCgroup

Paul has worked in technology PR and integrated communications for nearly ten years and has worked on clients including global software giant Citrix, digital imaging specialists Scansoft (now Nuance) and optical storage vendors Imation. Since joining CCgroup five years ago, Paul currently leads a variety of telecoms accounts including AIRCOM International, Tellabs, Fundamo and ip.access.

Paul’s claim to fame is winning awards. Paul was instrumental in delivering a campaign to the trade and technical media that saw Siemens Communications win a CIPR Pride Award in 2007. A year later, his client InCode Wireless won a media relations Gold Award at CIPR PRide Awards, as a result of raising wireless consultant Bengt Nordstrom’s profile across international business media. And clients Tellabs and AIRCOM have been shortlisted for SABRE Awards, European Excellence and Corpcomms Awards over the past 18 months.

Outside of work, Paul runs marathons, mountain bikes, swims and spends a lot of time following England and Bristol Rugby club (who, he says, are rubbish and have just been relegated).
